Chris was great throughout our unusually long process. We were under contract for like 3 months per the sellers request but Chris kept in contact with us and kept us updated the whole time. He kept up with any requests we had and worked really well as a mediator between us and the seller in ways above and beyond what you'd normally expect from a realtor. My wife and I started our Journey to find a home at the beginning of this year. It was our first time buying a home and we didn’t know the first thing about the process. Nor did we know how stressful it was going to be either. We did what we presume most people did and did a quick google search to find websites to aid in helping us find our first home. Sure enough Zillow was the first one to pop up! So as we were examining all the listings, finding what we liked and did not like. We soon found that there was a lot more to the process than we had originally thought. In came the stress and anxiety that plagued my wife and I for the next several months. First was figuring out who would be our best option for a lender. Then who would be our realtor. We had absolutely no idea on how to do either. But then out of thin air Zillow recommended Chris. Without our knowledge at that time, he would be the only thing that made any sense about the situation. Soon after he was recommended from Zillow Chris reached out to us. We sat up a Zillow call and discuss what we wanted and what we didn’t. He was extremely attentive and wanted us to find our first home as much as we did. A little time came and went to which we found a house that we were very interested in. We met with Chris and told him how interested we truly were with the property. My wife and I drove to met him at the property and immediately fell in love with the house. Chris then promised to do all that he could in order for us to make this potential house into our very first home. And let me tell you, he did that and some. Over the next couple of months my wife and I experienced the most draining period of our lives. There were so many ups and downs. So many this isn’t going to works. It seemed every other week there was an issue that kept popping up. The only thing that didn’t seem to change was how committed Chris was to helping us. No matter how many times we shamefully text or called Chris. Informing him we weren’t going to be able to continue with purchasing our dream home. Chris never wavered with his support. Chris went above and beyond to find loop holes in order for us to be able to pursue this dream. Without Chris none of this would have been possible. He truly was a blessing in all sense of the word. With his help we were able to close on the home and have it become our home. It’s hard to find people who are truly as passionate about what you want.
